A basic top-down heel-flap sock with garter rib and a handsome band of pumpkin fellows along the ankle.

Size
Adult S(M, L). Can be easily resized by adding or subtracting multiples of eight stitches to cast-on.

- MC: Lion Brand Sock-Ease Prints (75% superwash wool, 25% nylon; 438 yds/401 m per 100 g skein); colour: 200 Toffee; 1 skein
- CC1: Patons Kroy Socks (75% superwash wool, 25% nylon; 166 yds/152 m per 50 g skein); colour: 40 Coal; 1 skein
- CC2: Patons Kroy Socks (75% superwash wool, 25% nylon; 166 yds/152 m per 50 g skein); colour: 57510 Copper Colors; 1 skein Note: Feel free to use scraps of fingering-weight yarn in orange and black (or whatever colours you like!) for CC1 and CC2.
- 1 set of four US 1 / 2.25 mm double-pointed needles
- 1 set of four US 2 / 2.75 mm double-pointed needles
- Yarn needle
- Stitch marker
Gauge
34 sts/50 rounds = 4 inches/10 cm in stockinette stitch on US 1 / 2.25 mm needles
